License Server is not running, "failed to reread licenses" error message

Below are the steps to resolve problems with licensing service not running.

Uninstall LicenseServer and install it. Be sure to run License Server as Run as Administrator.

If the problem persists, please check pgrlm service settings, following the steps below:

• Launch Windows Run
• Type services.msc
• Click Enter
• Find pgrlm
• Double–click on it

Check the status of the service; try starting it manually if an automatic start fails.

You could also check if the License Server service is running. Launch License Administrator (Server) and click Advanced > Web Server (ensure that the Reprise License Server Administration’s interface is launched.
