RapidManual / RapidLearning: implement Warning and Caution messages

Use the Document Editor to insert WARNING / CAUTION messages rather than message actions in Procedure Editor. WARNING / CAUTION messages inserted in the Document Editor will appear automatically in the procedure when you save the document.
