Siemens PLM Connection Germany 2021

The biggest user conference of Siemens DISW products in German-speaking countries went digital this time. The digital conference atmosphere allowed participants to click through the event regardless of location. Companies were able to represent themselves with a virtual booth and use the networking possibilities with over 1.000 other participants.

Cortona3D became a part of this innovative, virtual conference experience with a “Technical Documentation as a Strategic Advantage” presentation in the System Management section. The main goal was to demonstrate how simple is to perform 3 steps in a single environment: Import, Author (means Generate!), and Publish documentation. A sample of interactive documentation was created using Technical Documentation Digital Twin approach and then displayed on different platforms including Augmented Reality.
