Venit - Cortona3D Summit. The future of technical publications in defence: from paper to virtual reality

This industry conference was carried out by Venit together with technology partners: Cortona3D, Siemens, GM System Sp. z o.o. and INVIZION.

Over two intensive days, we moved from concepts to practice: how technical documentation becomes structured data, how S1000D works in the real operational environment, and how PLM, content and training connect across the product lifecycle.

A defining moment of the summit was the keynote delivered by Moritz Menzel, VP Strategy of Cortona3D, who presented the strategic direction of modern technical publications and the role of RapidAuthor as a foundation for structure, reusable and lifecycle-driven content. Bart Zbieg, CEO of Venit, joined the session and led an in-depth strategic discussion with Moritz Menzel on the role of S1000D in modern, lifecycle-driven technical documentation.

What stood out most was not the tools and the slides, but the level of discussion. Engineers, managers, technology partners and institutional representatives openly shared constrains, lessons learned and very concrete implementation paths.

This summit was not the end of a topic, but the start of the follow-ups already in motion: projects, workshops, and deeper technical collaboration.
